Geographic Area
The areas in which I concentrate my efforts are Downtown Minneapolis,the lakes area around Lake Harriet,Lake Calhoun and Lake of the Isles. I also focus farther South in what is called Southwest Minneapolis, the parkway, Diamond Lake and Lake Nokomis. Downtown Minneapolis really showcases the latest in Lofts and Condos appealing to those who want all the amenities of a 4 star hotel while also catering to the first time buyers who might be wanting just the bare essentials while still enjoying the high energy of Downtown. Southwest Minneapolis and the lakes area on the other hand is where 1920's-30s built single family homes house families needing more space, a yard and the character that comes with older built properties.

My organizational skills allow me to plan and manage the many different tasks that are required to complete a real estate transaction. This frees me up to devote more time to my clients and stay on top of every detail of their transaction.
